Both the golf tournament on Friday and dinner on Saturday night are rain or shine events. No refunds will be granted after the deadlines listed below for any reason, even event cancellation due to the weather, acts of God and more. Cancellations for golf or dinner purchases made prior to Monday September 21st, 2026 before 8am PDT will be honored.
At 5:30pm at Reflection Bay Golf Club’s event lawn/beach/clubhouse, guests will enter a culinary and beverage heaven. Once inside, your ticket gets you unlimited food and beverage throughout the evening (drink tickets enforced). Sample amazing cuisine made onsite from up to 16 of the finest local and regional chefs/restaurants as you wander from booth to booth. The culinary expertise of our chefs will continually surprise your taste buds from one tent to the next.
In addition to the culinary delights, guests can enjoy up to 10 wineries, breweries, whiskey tastings, and try unique cocktails from the spirits tent.
Bench and random open table seating will be spread throughout plus bistro tables and other displays from local sponsors. This is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be honored.
In between samples you can also visit the Silent Auction area to bid on fun vacation packages to Southern California, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe, Portland, San Diego, Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Bend, Oregon and Hawaii.
This Year’s Band is Patrick and the LVB. Patrick Sieben is an Emmy Winning Singer/Songwriter and currently enjoys a residency at Mandalay Bay Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
Patrick & The LVB perform all over the country at such venues including the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, The Greek Theatre in LA and performed alongside such bands as Bon Jovi, One Republic, TOTO, YES, Eric Hutchinson and more.
In an effort to support drinking responsibly and a safe environment for our guests we have instituted the following policy. Each guest over 21 will be given an event wristband that has 5 drink tabs attached to it. Each tab is good for one glass of beer or a cocktail (wine tastings are excluded from the tabs).
We’re a rain or shine event, no refunds will be given for bad weather. A valid drivers license or government issued ID will be required for entry to the event in order to receive your drink ticket wristband.
